Smith; her children, Blake Bolan (Ashleigh), Eric Doler (Danielle) and Heather Smith; her grandchildren, Cody Doler, Ayden Smith, Kolby Bolan, Addyson Doler, Brandy Ward and BlakeLynn Bolan; her parents, Judy Ann Gaither and Ricky Dale Doler (Nancy); and her siblings, Deborah Bowen (Doug), Tonya Meadows and Kevin Doler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
