He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Smith and Julia Smith Parker; and his sisters, Rita Ann Smith and Annie Ruth Lepine. He is survived by: his niece Pam Darden; and his nephew Michael Hinkle Morrison.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Russell Farm Cemetery (11745 AL-63, Alexander City, AL 35010).
