He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bryant Lewis and Edna Elizabeth Pogue Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jean McDaniel Lewis; his children, Rusty Lewis (Frances), Mike Lewis (Elizabeth), Jeff Lewis (Ginger), Joe Lewis (Cindy) and Paige Lewis Willingham; his grandchildren, Rachel Craft (Clay), Libby Clayton (Will), Lee Lewis (Megan), Ashley Farmer (Jim), Luci Britt (Chase), Laura Dauphin (Matt), Anette Zuniga and Forrest Lewis (Leah); his great grandchildren, Connor, Collin, Cameron Craft, William, Annie Clayton, Adams, Rory Farmer, Mary Lewis Britt, Travis, Anson, Simeon Lewis and Kate Lewis; and his brothers, Joe B. Lewis (Claudia), Lester Lewis (Fran) and Ted Lewis (Camellia).
