“Brother Vic and Family, We know from our faith that all things have their time. We celebrate your dear Mom's life and we pray for your continued strength, love, healing, peace, and comfort. Over the years as I have experienced the loss of family and friends, a couple of verses have helped me through. In Psalm 23, we know that the "Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want", which tells us that the Lord will provide us with what we need right when we need it. The other scripture is written in Romans 8:18 by the Apostle Paul says, "For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." In other words, the best is yet to come. Be encouraged as you remember and celebrate your Mom's homegoing. I can say with assurance that a Mother never leaves us. They have built into us an unbreakable bond, a spirit of love, that lasts no matter where we go and what we do. Much love and friendship! Joe, Jackie, and family.”
