He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Alma and Oscar Landry; spouse: Helen; children: Sam, Tracy (Tom), and Chuck (Candy); grandchildren: Ford, Rachael (Brian), Stephanie (Micah), TJ, and Zoe; great-granddaughters: Kara and Magnolia Belle; brothers: PeeWee (Laverta), Pat (Eve), Chubby (Ouida), Cannonball, and Levain; sisters: Earnestine (Leonard), Ducky (Bob), and Jo (Shorty); cousin: Bubba; caregivers/medical staff: Stephanie Fouts, Bonnie, Sarah, and Dr. Pitts; and many friends, coworkers, fellow veterans, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and others.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
