She is survived by: her husband Ralph Phillips; her daughters, Cindy Page (Kris) and Tina Taylor; her siblings, Charles Bellew, Mason Caldwell and Clara Mathis; and her cousin Debra Stone. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
