He is survived by: his wife Melba Wood Kelley of Andalusia, AL; his children, Courtney Bush (Shane) of Calera, AL, Kevin Kelley (Angie) of Brewton, AL and Cameron Kelley (Marcy) of Opp, AL; and his grandchildren, Mallory Greathouse (Mason), Spurlin Kelley, Kelley Bush, Cole Kelley, Thomas Bush, Carson Bush and Kaysee Bush.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to the Pediatric Cancer and Blood Disorder Center at Children's Hospital of Alabama; 1600 7th Ave. South, Birmingham, AL 35233.
