He is survived by : his wife Angie Mitchell; his sons, Billy Wayne Mitchell, Jr., David Magner and Kervin Dewayne Mitchell (Jamie Miller Mitchell); his grandsons, Joshua Browner (Mitchell), Cory Mitchell and Bryant Kervin Mitchell (Andrea); and his sisters, Bevely Woods and Peggy McDaniel. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
