He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert James and Mattie Frances McGee Blount; his former wife Liliana Kostova Blount; and his siblings, Joe T, Albert Lee, Alfred Marion Blount, Ileader Blount Hales and Willie Frances Hughes (James).
He is survived by: his brother Little Blount (Carolyn) of Hermitage, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
