He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "C. J." Blocker and Ruby Lois Blocker. He is survived by: his children, Michael Carl Blocker (Karen), Bobby Wayne Blocker (Wendy) and Sherry Lynn Blocker; and his brother Harry Blocker (Shirley). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
