He is survived by: his parents, David Spivey and Deborah Spivey; his son Jaiden Spivey of McCalla; his brother Devin Spivey (Xiaomei) of Hoover; and his aunts and uncles, Phillip Spivey (Barbara) of Andalusia, Lynn Folmar of Andalusia, Steve Spivey (Rita) of Andalusia and Brenda Gray (Kenneth) of Kingsland.
