He was predeceased by: his parents, J. I. Maddox and Catherine Maddox; and his brother-in-law Junior Williams. He is survived by: his wife Susan McVay; his children, Scotty Maddox and Mandy M. Hilson (Robby); his grandchildren, Tami H. Lloyd (Parker) and Maddox Hilson; his great grandchildren, Wesley and Stetson Lloyd; and his siblings, Jolene Williams and Joe Mac Maddox.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church Joash Fund, 1213 Western Bypass, Andalusia, AL 36420 in memory of Mr. Donald Maddox.
