He is survived by: his wife Terri Brook; his children, Jonathan Brook of Huntsville, AL, Alexandria Brook of Huntsville, AL and Brannen Hall of Andalusia, AL; his grandchildren, Elijah Brook, Levi Brook, Jesse Brook, Blayde Hall and Wyatt Whitman; and his brother Tim Brook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
