She was predeceased by: her former husband Randall Sanders; her son Jason Sanders; her parents, James Edward and Thera Cartwright; her brother Floyd Cartwright; and her niece Amanda Cartwright.
She is survived by: her husband Dwight Scofield of Andalusia; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Pamela Majors of Cullman, AL; her grandsons, Justin Majors of College Station, TX, Zachary Majors (Brooke) and Logan Majors of Cullman; and her sisters, Glenda Fitzpatrick (Weldon) of Kinston and Rita Drew (Robbie Stokes) of Andalusia. She is also survived by six nieces, two nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Foreman Funeral Home (1516 M. L. K. Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Foreman Funeral Home Chapel (1516 M. L. K. Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420).
