He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Bailey and Catherine Bailey; and his sisters, Becky McCurley and Pastine Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Annette Bailey; and his siblings, Jeff Bailey (Robin) of Andalusia, AL, Peggy Wood (Jim) of Andalusia, AL and Gayle Weeks of Kinston, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Eastside Baptist Church of Georgiana (643 Oakwood St, Georgiana, AL 36033). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Horace owned and operated City Drugs until Parkinson's disease forced him to retire in 2012.
