He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert and Mildred. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughter Jacque Hart; his son-in-law Mike Hart; his granddaughter Adison Hart; and his brother Roy Hart (Cathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
