James Ira Harris Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2025, at the age of 82, James Ira Harris of Andalusia, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Hunt and Ira Harris; and his wife Judy B. Harris. He is survived by: his children, James, Lisa Harris, Todd, Lora Harris, Ken, Susan Harris, Chris (Amy Byrd) and Chad Byrd; and his siblings, Richard Harris, Aaron Harris and Marion Harris. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Foreman Funeral Home (1516 M. L. K. Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Able Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at the Foreman Funeral Home (1516 M. L. K. Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pilot's for Christ.
