He is survived by: his daughters, Kandise Maddox Finley (Mike) of Choctaw Beach, Charity Maddox (Casey Golden) and Amanda Burbank (Chris) of Rehobeth, Alabama; his grandchildren, Kristen Cooper (Ian) of Andalusia, Courtney Smith (Zac) of Huntsville, Hunter Smith of Andalusia, Mandy Smith of Rehobeth, Rayni Smith (Cam Day) of Rehobeth, Austin Fountain, Mallory Fountain, Ema Fountain, Sophia and Blake Golden; his great grandchildren, Lily, Sam Cooper and Maryn Smith; his brother Robert Brent Maddox (Beth) of Andalusia, Alabama; his sibling's children, Warren Maddox (Courtney) and Hannah Rabren (Stephen); his aunts, Gail Grissett of Andalusia, Diane Foshee (Bob) of Andalusia, Aurelia Jones of Mobile and Ruby Fleming of Holt, Florida; his uncle John Kelley (Glenda) of Milton; his great-nephews, Mason, Parker, Granger Maddox and Bennett Rabren; his great-niece Clara Rabren; and his close friends, Mike Fleming, Stacey Kimmons, Buddy York, John Woodham, Terry Lawson and Tammy Harrison.
The family will accept flowers or a donation may be made to the Florala High School Lady Cats Softball team or Aveanna Hospice of Andalusia.
