He is survived by: his wife Eunice Rowell of Andalusia, AL; his children, Trish Maxwell (Stuart) of Eagle River, Alaska and Kevin Dale Rowell (Cindy Marie) of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Brianne Bird (Xavier), Hunter Mooney, Alyssa Mooney, Sean Maxwell and Samuel Maxwell; his great grandchildren, Brynn Bird and Eleanor Bird; and his siblings, Ronald "Pete" Rowell (Andrea) of Clarksville, AR, Mac Rowell (Lisa) of Las Vegas, NV, Virginia Hasty of Jonesboro, GA and Linda Colquett (Jackie) of Dozier, AL..
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home (1516 M. L. K. Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
The family will accept flowers, or memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
