He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelmer Lloyd Jones and Katherine Kilpatrick Jones; his son Brian Jones; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Anne Coram. He is survived by: his wife Clare Adams Jones of Andalusia; his daughter Erin Jones Coram (David); his granddaughters, Sarah Katherine Coram and Charlotte Anne Coram; his uncles, Gaston Kilpatrick (Bonita) of Andalusia, Rev. James Kilpatrick (Charlotte) of Opp and Winston Blackmon of Crestview, Florida; and his cousins, Derrick Blackmon, Kevin Blackmon, Steve Meadows and Troy Jones.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Keahey Funeral Home (206 Stanley Ave, Andalusia, AL 36420). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Keahey Funeral Home Chapel (206 Stanley Ave, Andalusia, AL 36420). A burial was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the TBD Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in the name of Larry Jones, in honor of him and his son.
