She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sierra Otte-Martinez (Brayden), Elena Lee, Angelina Lee, Gavin Lee, Madeleine Otte, Andrew Lee, Matthew Lee and Juno Lee; her husband Kenneth Lewis; her children, Jennifer Otte and Andrew Lee; and her siblings, Rodney Nordlund (Sheree) and Alma Dace (late Gordon).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Foreman Funeral Home Chapel (1516 M. L. K. Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
