He was predeceased by : his parents, Elbert Williams and Effie Williams. He is survived by : his wife Norma Williams of Andalusia; his children, Sam Williams (Holly) of Andalusia and Sara Elizabeth Mixson (Rob) of Andalusia; and his grandchildren, Emmalee Kate Mixson and John Robert Mixson.
