He was predeceased by: his daughter Christy Davis; his sister Dinah Carr; and his parents, Willie Harold Davis Sr. and Mildred Ward Counts. He is survived by: his sons, Michael DeWayne Davis and Nicholas Davis (Heather); and his brothers, Thomas Davis and Terry Davis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Scripture Truth Baptist Church.
