It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nell Croft Powell of Andalusia, Alabama, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Bruner and Mamie Croft; her siblings, Eldred, Mignon, Margaret and Haniel; her former husband Rex Arnold Powell; her children, Reggy Powell (Cynthia) and Lisa McVay (Frankie); and her great grandchildren, Andrea Powell Walker (Josh), Haley Powell Capps (Brian), Laci Grissett Day (Chad), David McVay (Haleigh), Michael McVay, Corey McVay, Melissa Johnson Newsome (Adam) and Brian Johnson (Jeanine). She was also cherished by her husband, children, grandchildren, parents, friends, and her church family.
