He is survived by : his wife Virginia Garvin of Andalusia; his children, Rodney Garvin (Marie), Randy Carter, Steve Carter, Brian Carter, Wendy Benefield and Ashley Watley; his grandchildren, Tyler Garvin, Paige Garvin, Katlyn Qualls, Lexie Ray, Jett Ray and Jodie of Kyler, SJ; and his sisters, Marie Harris, Marilyn Grimes, Carolyn Atkison, Loretta Harrison, Beverly Stubbs and Karen Bozeman. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
