She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Walts Sr. and Theresa Recore; and her sister Tracy Cartwright. She is survived by: her children, Robert Moak of Blackwater, Damian Moak (Crystal Hoge) of Owensboro, Kentucky, Anna Moak of Fort Walton Beach and Shawna Moak (Michael Witherington) of Greenville, Alabama; and her brothers, Tom Walts (Vicki) of Tampa and Dale Hart (Brandie) of Andalusia, Alabama. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and other extended family.
