He was predeceased by : his father Wilson Berry Rowell; and his siblings, Elinor Rowell and Willie Rowell. He is survived by : his son James Rowell; his grandchildren, Dakota Rowell, Colton Rowell and Chayton Rowell; his mother Lorene Williams; his siblings, Beverly Oglesby (Thom) and Jimmy Rowell; his nephews, Mike Rowell, Allen Rowell, Eddie Rowell and Jayson Coon; and his niece Beverly Casey.
