He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Cross and Nellie Cross; his brother Larry Cross; and his nephew Thomas Cross. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Cross (Tam) and Nellda Ross; his sister-in-law Karen Cross; and his children, Ryan Cross (Ashley), Niki Cross and Amy Norris (Kevin). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three nephews, two nieces.
