He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Foshee; his children, Ella Lane Foshee and Will Edward Foshee, Jr.; his parents, Winston Foshee and Michelle Foshee; and his sisters, Beth Joyce Foshee of Andalusia and Jenna Marie Foshee of Red Level.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Foreman Funeral Home (1516 M L King Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Foreman Funeral Home Chapel (1516 M L King Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420).
