He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Wilder Law; and his brothers, Kenneth Law of Troy and John Law of Ponce. He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Law of Chattanooga, Tenn and Allison Law of Montgomery; his siblings, Lois Ray of Fort Walton Beach, Fla. and Jim; and his sister-in-law Dale Law of Troy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
