He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Nelson Smith; his daughter Rebecca Smith Harrison; his grandchildren, Kyle Hall (Kaylee), Leslie Harrison and Issac Harrison; his great grandchild Briar Hall; his sister Edna Smith Fuqua; and his sisters-in-law, Delayney Smith and Dovie Smith.
