She is survived by: her daughters, Megan Wright (Chris) and Danielle Thigpen (Taylor); her grandson Charlie Thigpen; her mother Ann Cates; her siblings, Charles "Punkin" Cates and Monica Mason (Michael); and her significant other Troy'Tank" McGee (Charles Cates). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greenhill Funeral Home (8450 US-43, Florence, AL 35634). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenhill Funeral Home Chapel (8450 US-43, Florence, AL 35634).
