Rhonda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Redd and Joyce Redd; and her husband John W. Nugent, III. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Nugent, Selisa Williams (Garrick), Mark Nugent (Shelley Tucker) and Sheila Ellison; her grandchildren, Theodora Nugent, John Nugent, Sadie Arnold (Cameron), Sophie Williams and Porter Ellison; her great grandchild Araya Arnold; her brothers, Douglas Redd (Judy) and Gary Redd (Shari); her sister-in-law Diane Arnold; and her pets, Minnie and Sassy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
