He is survived by: his wife Deborah Scott Butler; his children, Lee Butler (Christy) and Leslie Trousdale (Barry); his siblings, Elaine, Mark Butler (Kay) and Russell Butler (Pam); his grandchildren, Jordan (Morgan), Chase (Alexia) and Sophie; his great grandchild James Butler; his grandchildren, MeLeah Bennett Reagan Miller (Brandon), Cole Miller and Mason Miller; his great grandchild Brooks Bennett; his nephew Jamie Hammond (Melissa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Skyler, Maddie Brian Ezell (Laura), Blake Williams (Olivia) and Bethany Butler; Scott Miller Brad (Kim), Austin (Sydney), Libbi Lilli (Parker), Lila Erin Norell Dylan (Adam), John Butler, Bennett, Bryce, Mason and Landon.
