She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Smith; and her mother Ava Creel (Flicka). She is survived by: her children, Ricky Smith (Mary) and Kelly Scott (Kenny); her grandchildren, Brandon Scott (Jessica), Ashley Smith, Courtney Smith, Blake Scott (Jazlyn McBride) and Briana Scott; her father Charles Creel; her sisters, Nona Berry and Rebecca Creel; her sister-in-law Diane Burkett; and her cousin Anita Meeks. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
