It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Delmar Grant of Anniston, Alabama, born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Grant and Nancy Grant (Turner). He is survived by : his sons, Beau Grant (Elizabeth) and Art Grant (Natalie Price); his grandsons, Jake Grant and Ethan Grant; his sister Pat Adams; his friends, Linda Guyton and Susan Grant; his aunt Gay Murphy (Ray); and his niece Janah Adams.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Paralyzed Veterans of America (ppa.org); or to The Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org).

“My name is Frank Jones. I knew Buck for 55 years. We trained together for River Patrol Boats in Vietnam. Buck was a great friend and we had some great times together. I was one of the people with Buck and Ben Phillips in Florida. I was the Boat Captain and I tried to keep our group together so we never forgot our love for each other. Buck, you will be missed so much. Love you buddy!”
