With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barry Keith Gentry of Anniston, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Gentry and Geraldine Gentry; his stepmother Thelma Gentry; his siblings, Gayle Doucet and Mike Gentry; his former wife Gina Blankenship; and his stepdaughter Kimberly Abernathy.
He is survived by: his stepson Melton Mosley; his sisters, Joye Wade, Patsy Carroll and Paula Hoffman (Gary); his grandchildren, Dalton Watts (Serenity), Kendall Watts, Alliyah Watts, Kenneth Mosley, Novahlynn Mosley and Rayla Kay Mosley; and his friends, Roger McElroy and Brenda Trantham.
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cremation Services of East Alabama (733 White Plains Rd, Anniston, AL 36207). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
