He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edward Starkey Sr. and Mary Kathryn Nadine Smith; his son Zachary Starkey; and his granddaughter Karlee Bonness. He is survived by: his children, Madison Starkey Bonness (Kaleb Bonness), Tyler Starkey and Angela Starkey; his granddaughters, Delilah McKinney and Miley Bonness; his siblings, Kathryn Quigley (Paul Quigley II) and Jonathan Lale Starkey; and his nieces and nephews, Paul Quigley III, Jerry Brown III, Maura Brown, Mia Starkey, Montana Starkey and Memphis Starkey.
