She is survived by: her sons, Terry Paul Johnson (Lynne) and Jonathan Brett Johnson (Brooklynn); her brother Jimmy Beam (Rhonda); and her grandchildren, Neely and Amberley. She is also survived by son Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces & Great Nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family ask donations be made to The Dementia Foundation.
