He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Bain and Peggy Jeffreys Bain. He is survived by: his daughter Katelyn Stephenson (Cody); and his siblings, Sonja Armstrong (Lane) and Greg Bain (Melissa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to the Providence Cemetery Fund or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
