He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ferjak and Mary Ferjak (Kimak); and his siblings, Joseph, Michael, George, Marion, Elaine and Susan.

He is survived by: his wife Laurelee "Lolly" Ferjak; his son Drake Ferjak (Brenda); his grandchildren, Jennifer Caulder (Benjamin) and Ryan Ferjak (Johni); and his great grandchildren, Mikailie Caulder, Delilah "Lilly" Caulder, Emmett Caulder and Oliver Ferjak. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
