It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Jane Thompson (Anniston, Alabama), who passed away on July 4, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John B. Thompson; her children, Debbie Carol Delaney, John Morris Thompson and Jerome Bryant Thompson; and her parents, Cooper Crossley and Nellie Crossley.

She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Owens (Barton); and her grandchildren, Christopher Owens, Wendy Umetsu (Jason), Jennifer Chaplain (Jason) and Shannon Delaney (Tabitha). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
