It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Sue Cooper of Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Kendrick and Earnestine Kendrick; her husband Steven Cooper; her siblings, Billy Kendrick and Wanda Wilson; and her stepson Anthony Cooper.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tammie Forgey and Roxanne Cloar; her stepchildren, Dana Cooper and Yancey Cooper; and her brother Hoyt Eugene Kendrick (Cheri). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren, and 1 special granddaughter, including numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
