He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Hall and Dorothy Wright Hall; and his grandparents, Alma Roswell Wright, William Alford Wright, Auprey and Thurman Hall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Hall Mullinax and Michael Hall (Melonie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, along with many great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Arc, Anniston Parks and Recreations' therapeutic program, or to the Church of the Covenant Presbyterian.
