He is survived by: his children, Shon Swink and Guffie Swink IV; his grandson Kolton; his siblings, Steve (Eloise), Calvin, Gregory Swink, Carol J. Swink, Peggy Datcher (Chris), Alphelia Smith, Selina McGrue, Vanessa Williams (Roy) and Pamela Ervin; and his aunt Gladys Cunningham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
