He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Frank Fulmer and Reavy Ovell Shurbett; his wife Shirley Jean (Burnett); and his brothers, Charles and Bill.
He is survived by: his sisters, Norma (Steward), Yvonne (Brooks), Lanelle Fulmer and Linda (Allgood); his children, Tina Lee (Kevin) and Dennis Fulmer (Jill); and his grandchildren, Robin Nelson (Peter), Krista Edgeman (Dalton) and Avery Coles.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gray-Brown Funeral Home (1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, AL 36201). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forestlawn Gardens (730 Golden Springs Rd, Anniston, AL 36207).
