We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2025, at the age of 73, Janet M. Dover of Anniston, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather Bertrend "Jim" Hill; her father Harvey Gibson; and her siblings, Hoot, Howard (Carol Fox), Harry "Buzzy", Ann and Harriet.
She is survived by: her children, Sonia Hansford (Joe), Keith Dover (Robin) and Tenne Dempsey (Shane); her grandchildren, Jordan Hansford, Jacob Hansford (Jessica), Kelsie Dover, Jonathon Dover, Camryn Muncher (Adam), Chloe Dempsey and Cydney Dempsey; her great grandchildren, Paisleigh Hansford, Nova Bibbs, Halel Bibbs, Evie Muncher and Emmie Muncher; and her stepgrandchildren, Isaiah Davis and Lydia Davis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of God (620 S Hillman St, Anniston, AL 36207).
