He is survived by: his parents, Larry E. Scoggins and Peggy J. Scoggins; his brother Boyd G. Scoggins; and his nephews, Brady L. Scoggins and Mason E. Scoggins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Anniston Memorial Gardens (4000 US-431, Anniston, AL 36206).
