She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Howell and Joy Howell; and her sisters, Lesa Donaldson, Sarah Blackwell, Melanie Howell and Rhonda Rockhart.
She is survived by: her husband Nual Forrest Forsyth, Jr.; her children, Zachary Forsyth, Tylor Forsyth and Tia Forsyth; her siblings, Karen Hicks, Sharon Parker, Tony Howell and Tommy Howell; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jimmy Brown, Johnny Frisby, Michael Moudy, Silas Griffith, Dale Collins and Jacob Rollins. She is also survived by Grandchildren Several Nieces, Nephews.
