She is survived by: her daughters, Danielle Kociaba, Jodi Kociaba and Kendra Kociaba Holcomb; her granddaughters, Heather Ward (Shawn), Ashley Land (Jared), Samantha Kociaba Holcomb and Alexandra Kociaba Holcomb; her great grandchildren, LaShay Ward, Teagan Ward and Hailey Ward; and her sister Joyce A. Moore.
